Every product purchase from AZ I AM is unconditionally guaranteed. If you are not totally satisfied with your product purchase, return the item(s) within fourteen (14) days of receiving your purchase for an exchange or credit toward a future purchase.

For EXPEDITED shipping, please contact us directly (contact info below), otherwise allow 2-3 business days. We ship via US Priority Mail and USPS First Class Mail. You will receive email confirmations along the way. Please specify in your order "notes" if you prefer alternative shipping or contact us directly.

All product sales are final after fourteen (14) consecutive days of delivery, so inspect your AZ I AM goods immediately! Please include your order number when returning your merchandise. Refunds that are issued will only include the cost of the product only; delivery and service charges are not refundable.

How do I return an item? To return an item simply ship your return within fourteen (14) days from the date you received the item you wish to return. We must receive your item back unworn. When returning your merchandise always use a traceable and insured shipping method and mail to:

  • Class Packages, Trainings, Events and Workshop Purchases are Final Sales.
  • Retreat Purchases are Final 30 days prior to Departure Date.
  • A 20% Service Charge will be withheld for any Retreat Refund transactions within the Cancelation Window.
